No physical evidence or photos that Japan committed such an evil act as a propaganda killing many innocent people in evil experiments. The major sources demonizing unit731 are from the uncertain testimonies by Japanese defendants at Soviet Khabarovsk trial with no attorney under a threat and Japanese detainees until 1956 in Fushun War Criminals Camp (撫順戦犯収容所) by Republic Of China(ROC). Soviet and ROC were the ones who had attacked Japan with Biological weapons all along.

Unit 731 is called “防疫給水部” Plague Prevention and purified water supply unit built in1933 with its early form dealing with a naturally born pandemic, and later researching a counter defense against a deliberately spreading pandemic by Soviet and Republic of China.
Basically they were doing their jobs anybody from any countries would do.
