¶ Why I started.
It is a human nature that the stronger/war winners write their own history in favor of them and prevail it. You think you know the true history? I think not. You hear a lot of stories demonizing Japan and a reasoning to justify bombing Japan, anything convenient to war winners while you are barely told the opposing views.
Sadly currently, anti-Japanese propaganda is out of control. Fake, false, outdated, refuted, or unfair info everywhere not just over internet such as Google, Wikipedia, YouTube, Twitter or Instagram , but even amazon highly rated book or MIT academic sources can be the propaganda.
Why is it so hard to know the truth? This website presents primary sources and their latest updates as much as possible for you to be fully informed with different aspects, and you will be a judge of what happened.
What exactly happened in Japan and Asia since 1910 ?

Nanking massacre is the propaganda, which was made up by US twice. First one is within months after Nanking battle in 1937 at 2nd Sino Chiang Kai-shek vs Japanese war by US media/pastors with death toll about 20K to 40K. Second one is after WW2 ended, at Far East Trial in 1945-1948 with a soaring up death toll 260K to justify atomic bombs.
Japan NEVER invaded "China". “China” is not single entity but the land invaded by different ethnics as Yuan dynasty(1271-1368) is Mongolian ruled China, Ming dynasty(1368-1644) is Han Chinese ruled China, and Qing dynasty(1644-1912) is Manchu ruled China who are originally from Manchuria at north east beyond Great Wall Ming built. Japanese military was in China under Peking protocol after Japanese was killed at Boxer Rebellion. Manchu leased Manchuria to Japan as a concession.
After Xinhai revolution in 1911, Qing dynasty manchus lost power. Uprising Han Chinese massacred Manchus and broke Abdication Treaty with them. Manchu royals and last emperor Puyi got kicked out of Forbidden City and escaped to Japanese legation in Peking, later moved to Japanese concession in Tianjin. Therefore Japan built Manchoukuo , a rebrand of Manchurian nation in Manchuria acknowledged by Puyi.
It was Franklin Roosevelt 's plot. He had wanted to attack Germany to save Churchill, yet anti war isolationists in American public opposed a war. Therefore he used Japan and made Japan attack US for a FIRST shot as “Back door to war” to silence isolationists by supporting Japanese enemy Chiang Kai-shek economically and militarily and isolating Japan by the embargo with British and Dutch.
US propaganda as a retaliation against Japan.
After Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, Japan kicked the colonizer, the US, out of Philippines. Bataan is exaggerated. During a march, US soldiers took a rest, bathing, getting tea served. Filipino civilians including babies had to walk along with them too. Then Japan liberated Philippines for independence in 1943 with Laurel Jose.
As usual, the US called it as a puppet , and came back and attacked by using Filipino guerrillas. After WW2, the US set up a series of US puppet governments with unfair treaty, Manilla Treaty.
All excessive demonizing stories are from Japanese testimonies only at Soviet Khabarovsk Trial with no attorney under death threat, the detention camp (Fushun War Criminals Management Center) in China until 1956, and other testimonies with no physical evidence . As Nanking massacre fake photos, No such photos of proving Unit731's crimes. Fake or irrelevant photos circulating over the internet such as a photo of Japanese woman killed by Chinese at Jinan incident in 1928. Soviet and Republic Of China were the ones who had attack Japan with biological weapons and poison gas all along and Unit731 was the counter measure against it. So called human experiments by unit 731 were the pathological studies to save people. The truth is Japanese were saving Han Chinese and Manchus in China by giving free vaccination and building hospitals.
Japan NEVER invaded or had a war against Korea. Korean King Sunjong agreed on Japanese annexation in 1910, ending the miserable Korean people's lives under Yi dynasty, and completely rebranded where Korean King himself got relieved and the status of Korean women was raised to higher level from a slave state with no names. 90% of Koreans were pro-Japan. There were Korean politicians governing Japan. Korean youth voluntarily became Japanese soldiers. Comfort women were the military prostitutes. Many resources.
Japan fought against British, and end its colonial rule.
Japan was fighting against Chiang kai-shek at 2nd Sino-Japanese war. Japan knew Chiang was aided by British and the US, and its aid pipeline over French Indochina needed to be cut off. Japan couldn't just march in there , since French Indochina was ruled by France protected by Paris Treaty. So Japan negotiated with France and with some misunderstanding, finally they reached agreement. After Germany lost a war, French government was on Allied Force side, and Japan attacked French and tried to liberate French Indochina for independence. Therefore Japan had a control there for only 9 months, no way Japan is responsible for Vietnam famine. The claim of 2000K death for starvation is a propaganda.

It is US, British and Dutch who invaded Philippine, Malaysia, and Indonesia respectively and Japan, Thailand, and Republic of China(Chiang Kai-shek, US's puppet) were the only independent nations in pacific Asia. After Pearl Harbor attack, Japan kicked these Allies forces and help them for independence as Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere.
